Welcome to Kollided. These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') are a binding agreement between you and Kollided governing your use of the Kollided app and website (the 'Service'). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Kollided. By registering, you confirm that the date of birth you provide is accurate and that you meet this requirement. We may ask you to verify your age and may suspend or delete accounts we believe belong to someone under 18.

2. Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, including through our Account & Support Requests page if you can't log in.

3. Your Conduct
When using Kollided, you agree not to: harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users; post or send unlawful, hateful, obscene, or sexually exploitative content, including anything involving a minor; impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation; solicit money, promote a business, or advertise without our permission; use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the Service; attempt to bypass our security, rate limits, or moderation systems; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may investigate and take action, including suspension or account deletion, against violations of this section.

4. Safety
Kollided helps people discover and message each other nearby — it does not perform criminal background checks or independently verify what users tell you about themselves. You're solely responsible for your interactions with other users, on and off the Service. If you choose to meet someone in person, meet in a public place, tell a friend or family member where you're going, and use your own judgment. Report any user who makes you feel unsafe using the in-app report tool or our Account & Support Requests page.

5. Your Content
You keep ownership of the photos, messages, and other content you post or send ('Your Content'). By submitting Your Content, you grant Kollided a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, and display it solely to operate and provide the Service (for example, showing your profile photos to other users, or delivering your messages to the person you sent them to). You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content, and that it doesn't violate anyone else's rights or the law.

6. Reports & Enforcement
If you report another user, you may be asked whether you consent to sharing the related chat history with our moderation team, so they can review it as part of investigating your report. We may warn, suspend, or permanently delete any account that violates these Terms or our community standards, at our discretion, with or without prior notice where warranted by the severity of the violation.

7. Subscriptions, Coins & Payments
Kollided offers optional paid subscription tiers with additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe, depending on how you subscribed, and renew automatically until cancelled through that platform. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform you paid through, except where required otherwise by law. In-app 'coins' are a virtual currency with no cash value; they cannot be redeemed, transferred, or refunded for real money, and unused coins are forfeited if your account is closed.

8. Intellectual Property
Kollided and its logos, branding, software, and features are owned by Kollided or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose — they don't give you any ownership rights in Kollided itself.

9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app, or by submitting a request through our Account & Support Requests page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, at our reasonable discretion, or to comply with the law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty that you'll find a match, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any other user's information is accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kollided disclaims all such warranties.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kollided will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill, or profits, arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users — whether online or in person. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of your own country or state of residence. Where a dispute involves harm to another person — for example, harassment, a safety incident, or fraud — the laws of that affected person's country or state of residence will take priority. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts with legal authority over your country or state of residence, or, where an affected person is involved, the courts with legal authority over that person's country or state of residence, except where applicable law requires a different forum.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you, such as an in-app notice. Continuing to use Kollided after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
